1. Acceptance and permitted use
By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return, Exchange & One-Year Limited Warranty Policy. You must be legally able to enter a contract and provide accurate account, payment and delivery information.
You may not misuse the site; interfere with security or operation; scrape or copy it unlawfully; submit malicious code; impersonate another person; commit fraud; infringe rights; or use the store for an unlawful purpose.
2. Products, prices, payments and orders
We try to present product descriptions, colors, dimensions, compatibility, inventory and prices accurately. Displays and production variations may affect appearance. We may correct errors before shipment and will contact you when a correction materially affects an order.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; it does not guarantee acceptance. FuzzPups may refuse or cancel orders for inventory, pricing, payment, fraud, shipping, legal or safety reasons and will issue any required refund.
Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the site. Taxes, shipping, duties and other charges are shown when applicable. Payment is processed through the enabled payment provider.
3. Promotions, coupons and free shipping
Promotions may have separate eligibility, product, date, territory and usage limits. Unless expressly stated, coupons cannot be combined. The new-subscriber 15% coupon is restricted to the subscribing email, limited to one use and designated individual use.
Free standard shipping requires an eligible merchandise total of at least $35 after discounts. A coupon that reduces the total below $35 removes free-shipping eligibility. Oversized, freight, expedited and excluded-destination charges may still apply.
4. Product use, pets and safety
Follow product labels, manuals, size limits, assembly, cleaning and supervision instructions. Select products appropriate for the pet’s size, health, behavior and environment. Stop using a damaged or unsafe product.
Returns, exchanges and warranties are governed by the detailed policy linked below. A pet’s unwillingness to use a product is not by itself a manufacturing defect.
5. Accounts and communications
You are responsible for protecting account credentials and activity under your account. Notify support about suspected unauthorized access. Electronic order, account, support and policy communications may be sent to the contact information provided.
6. Intellectual property and submitted content
The FuzzPups name, characters, artwork, logo, site design, text, photography and other brand content are owned by or licensed to YSJ LLC and protected by applicable law. No rights are transferred except the limited right to use the site for personal shopping.
If you submit a review, photo or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful and non-infringing. Any separate marketing use of customer photos should require the permissions described at submission.
7. Third-party services and links
Payment, shipping, maps, social, analytics and other services may be operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. FuzzPups is not responsible for a third party’s independent service, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Except for express written warranties and non-waivable consumer rights, the site is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. FuzzPups does not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FuzzPups is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages. Product-related liability will not exceed the amount paid for that product unless a greater remedy is required by law. Nothing excludes fraud, willful misconduct or other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Applicable rights, enforceability and changes
These Terms do not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Applicable law may provide additional rights based on the customer’s location and transaction. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent allowed.
We may update these Terms prospectively. The terms accepted for an order generally govern that order unless a later version is more favorable or a change is required by law.
